Le Mime is a new fine dining restaurant that embodies the French national identity, located in museum London. This space is inspired by the most ancient performing art in France (Le Mime) that still attracts people in a very deep way due to its portrayal of emotion, thought, and experience through the body. This cultural element will make customers’ experiences more meaningful, memorable, and fulfilling. The new restaurant will incorporate a projection mapping experience to reinforce Le Mime’s branding, an interactive technique that responds to customer movements. Furthermore, the holographic wall represents France’s context, culture, and way of life, a modern furniture style inspired by the organic and flexible nature of Paris, and the Bistro that consists of heavily decorated details. The new restaurant will be inclusive, accessible, and sustainable by implementing wayfinding, signage, privacy, the five human senses, and colour theory to evoke various moods.
